David Christensen, Founder
Mr. Christensen has built new homes and renovated approximately 30 apartment buildings. He also worked with Alliance Airport and the FAA in Fort Worth, Texas to help resolve the noise abatement issues for 260 homes due to the extension of two runways.

Phase 1
- Build single family dwellings.
- 1 home at a time as funds arrive.
- Build time approximately 1 month / dwelling.
- Each home to be given away to a combat veteran via a lottery system via Texas American Legion.
(Current membership 1.4 M)
Phase 2
- Acquire enough funds to purchase land int he DFW (Dallas / Fort Worth) area.
- Acreage size depending upon acquired funds. (As more funds are acquired more acreage will be acquired)
- Plat map the acreage for new community / housing.
(Number of dwellings will be acreage dependent) - The community’s new homes will be energy self-sufficient.
(aka green Energy / ‘off the grid’) - Any sole sponsorship who donates 1M+ will have
the option to name the acreage purchased with their funds after their corporation, themselves, or whatever name they desire.
Phase 3
- Replicate Phase 2 into different states.
