David Christensen, Founder
Mr. Christensen has built new homes and renovated approximately 30 apartment buildings. He also worked with Alliance Airport and the FAA in Fort Worth, Texas to help resolve the noise abatement issues for 260 homes due to the extension of two runways.
In Arizona, Mr. Christensen is overseeing this development project with his contractors who are mostly former veterans.

At Life Force Green Energy Homes we are committed to transforming lives and communities by pioneering self-sustaining homes that integrate cutting-edge energy technology with eco-friendly practices.
We honor and support our nation’s heroes by gifting our homes to a combat veteran, providing them with a fresh start in a sustainable future. Our first development in Arizona will be in the Prescott area.
Our mission extends beyond housing we are dedicated to creating meaningful trade job opportunities for hardworking Americans, fostering innovation, and building a better tomorrow.

Phase 1
- Build single family dwellings.
- 1 home at a time as funds arrive.
- Build time approximately 1 month / dwelling.
- Each home to be given away to a combat veteran via a lottery system via Texas American Legion.
(Current membership 1.4 M)
Phase 2
- Acquire funds to purchase land in the Prescott area.
- Acreage size depending upon acquired funds. (As more funds are acquired more acreage will be purchased)
- Plat map the acreage for new community / housing.
(Number of dwellings will be acreage dependent) - The community’s new homes will be energy self-sufficient.
(aka green Energy / ‘off the grid’) - Any sole sponsorship who donates 1M+ will have
the option to name the acreage purchased with their funds after their corporation, themselves, or whatever name they desire.
Phase 3
- Replicate Phase 2 into different states.
